Resumo
O presente relato intenciona apresentar breve histórico do trabalho da Psicologia na
PMMG, ao longo de seus 30 anos de existência, destacando recortes desse percurso que denotam aprimoramento profissional e consolidação do papel da categoria na Instituição. De um trabalho iniciado em 1987, com 10 profissionais, hoje se somam 88 Oficiais psicólogos, o que ainda não é suficiente se considerarmos o público interno de
mais de 46.000 integrantes. À medida que se elabora o texto, reúnem-se experiências e compartilham-se projetos, vivências e desafios que contribuem para a organização e a gestão do conhecimento adquirido ao longo de uma trajetória fundamentada em ética
e comprometimento com os valores e interesses institucionais. O convite ao leitor é para refletir sobre os avanços e retrocessos da categoria, como forma de organizar e repensar o futuro da Psicologia na PMMG.
30 YEARS OF INSERTION OF THE WORK OF PSYCHOLOGY IN THE MILITARY POLICE OF MINAS GERAIS1
Abstract: This report intends to present a brief history of PMMG psychology work over its 30 years of existence, highlighting clippings that denote professional development and the consolidation of psychology career in the military institution. Psychology work begun in 1987 with 10 professionals, and today its number increased to 88, which is still not enough, considering the total staff of more than 46,000 members. During the text writing, experiences, projects and challenges have been shared which contribute to the organization and management of the knowledge acquired along a trajectory based on ethics and commitment to the values and institutional interests. The reader is invited to reflect on the advances and setbacks of the category as a way to organize and rethink the future of PMMG psychology career.
