NA RUA: a atuação do 34º BPM de Belo Horizonte na patrulha “CRACK, É POSSÍVEL VENCER” à luz da psicanálise
Resumo
Resumo: Este artigo, que tem como objetivo precípuo focalizar, de maneira descritiva, a vertente do Programa “Crack, É Possível Vencer” conduzida por militares do 34ºBPM de Belo Horizonte, aborda os problemas sociais e psicológicos decorrentes do uso do crack. Embora sem dar voz aos sujeitos de referência, a discussão, utilizando metodologia descritiva, à luz do referencial teórico adotado, permite traçar um retrato desses sujeitos que se drogam e o lugar que a droga ocupa na economia psíquica de cada um. Ao chamar a atenção para o fato de que o desamparo fundamental e a incompletude deixará sua marca e que a toxicomania torna-se uma saída equivocada para lidar com a condição de falta inerente aos sujeitos, ressalta-se a importância do trabalho da Polícia, a um só tempo preventivo e repressivo. Essa vertente de atuação busca a promoção social e orienta-se por princípios éticos, respeitando os direitos humanos e sociais dos sujeitos, considerando-os
na sua integralidade.
IN THE STREET: the performance of the 34th BPM of Belo Horizonte
On patrol "CRACK, IT IS POSSIBLE TO WIN" in the light of psychoanalysis
Abstract: This article, which has as main objective to focus, descriptively, the slope of the “Crack is Possible to Overcome” conducted by soldiers of the 34th BPM Belo Horizonte, addresses the social and psychological problems caused by crack use. Although without giving voice to the reference subject, the discussion, using descriptive
methodology, in the light of the theoretical framework adopted, allows us to draw a picture of those who take drugs and the place that the drug occupies in the psychic
economy of each one. By drawing attention to the fact that the fundamental helplessness and incompleteness leave its mark and that the addiction becomes a wrong output to handle the fault condition inherent to the subjects, it is emphasized the importance of police work, both preventive and repressive at the same time. This action strand seeks social promotion and is guided by ethical principles, respect for human and social rights of the subjects. Although not unique, this is an innovative performance in its dialoguewith other institutions, reaching the complete cycle in the user’s approach to drugs. Thus, this performance strategy contributes to the care and allows the subject to reach other alternatives in their difficult and challenging pursuit of happiness, opening the possibility of the entry of the law by way of love in the authority figure represented by the Police.
