CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE LIDERANÇA MILITAR APLICÁVEIS À PMMG

Resumo

O presente artigo se propõe a identificar teorias, conceitos, estudos, além de documentos institucionais da PMMG sobre liderança aplicada à atividade policial-militar, especialmente como forma de contribuição à formação do Cadete que
ingressou no Curso de Formação de Oficiais a partir da exigência do Curso de Direito. São analisadas no artigo teorias sobre liderança, é caracterizada a liderança militar, são identificados pontos de interseção entre atributos de liderança policial  e de liderança militar e é analisada a liderança em perspectiva institucionalizada na PMMG: o tema na conformação doutrinária contemporânea na Corporação. Embora de reconhecida importância, há uma escassez de produção teórica e lacuna doutrinária sobre o tema na Corporação. Conclui-se que não há definição explícita e específica sobre atributos de liderança a serem desenvolvidos pelos militares da PMMG, ou mesmo perspectiva teórica expressa, o que o artigo busca inferir e categorizar.

MILITARY LEADERSHIP CONSIDERATIONS APPLICABLE TO PMMG


ABSTRACT: This article proposes to identify theories, concepts, studies, and institutional documents of the PMMG on leadership applied to police-military activity, especially as a contribution to the Cadet's formation. joined the Officers Training Course based on the Law Course requirement. Leadership theories are analyzed, military leadership is characterized, points of intersection between attributes of police leadership and military leadership are identified, and the institutionalized perspective leadership in the PMMG is analyzed: the theme in the contemporary doctrinal conformation in the  Corporation. Although of recognized importance, there is a  shortage of theoretical production and doctrinal gap on the subject in the Corporation. It is concluded that there is no explicit and specific definition of leadership attributes to be developed by the PMMG military, or even expressed theoretical perspective, what the article seeks to infer and categorize.
