TRÁFICO DE ANIMAIS SILVESTRES - UMA ABORDAGEM ANALÍTICA DO FENÔMENO CRIMINAL NO ESTADO DE MINAS GERAIS
Resumo
Aborda a atuação de traficantes de animais através de uma visualização espacial do problema, tecendo alguns comentários para a legislação vigente de proteção à fauna e um cenário da situação nacional.
Discute as formas de fiscalização e controle do tráfico de animais no Brasil e o desenvolvimento de estratégias para a contenção do delito, incluindo-se, neste contexto, a Polícia Militar do Estado de Minas Gerais na proteção do meio ambiente.
WILD ANIMAL TRAFFIC - AN ANALYTICAL APPROACH TO THE CRIMINAL PHENOMENON IN THE STATE OF MINAS GERAIS
Abstract: Accost the action of the animals trafficker through the space visualization of the problem, it s telling some comments to current legislation of protection of the fauna and the scene of the national situation. It discusses the ways of fiscalization and control the animals traffic in the Brazil and development of strategies to containment of the delict, including itself in this context, the Military Police of the State of Minas Gerais in the protection of the environment.
