A VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA CONTRA A MULHER SOB A ÓTICA DA VITIMIZAÇÃO REPETIDA: uma análise da atuação do Serviço de Prevenção à Violência Doméstica

O objetivo desta pesquisa científica foi verificar se a atuação da Equipe de Prevenção à Violência Doméstica do Vigésimo Segundo Batalhão da Polícia Militar, junto às vítimas acompanhadas pelo serviço, contribuiu para a quebra do ciclo de violência doméstica, bem como se reduziu o número de registros de boletins de ocorrência e, consequentemente, o fenômeno da vitimização repetida. Foram entrevistadas as doze mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica consideradas como casos de maior gravidade e que foram, no ano de 2014, atendidas e acompanhadas pelo Serviço de Prevenção à Violência Doméstica do Vigésimo Segundo Batalhão da Polícia Militar, que compreende alguns bairros do município de Belo Horizonte – Minas Gerais. Verificou-se, neste estudo, a importância da atuação do Serviço de Prevenção à Violência Doméstica da Polícia Militar ante o fenômeno da violência doméstica, principalmente no que se refere ao atendimento preventivo e ao acompanhamento das vítimas, através de visitas, orientações e encaminhamentos à Rede de enfrentamento à violência doméstica. Pela pesquisa realizada, conclui-se que o atendimento realizado pelo Serviço de Prevenção à Violência Doméstica do Vigésimo Segundo Batalhão da Polícia Militar atua preventivamente e consegue auxiliar às vítimas a romperem com o ciclo de violência doméstica, o que é confirmado pela redução dos números de registros de ocorrências dessa natureza após o acompanhamento pela equipe. Com base no resultado da pesquisa, apresentam-se sugestões para implementação desse serviço em todas as Unidades da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais.

The objective of this scientific research was to verify if the work of the Domestic Violence Prevention Team of the Twenty-second Battalion of the Military Police, together with the victims accompanied by the service, contributed to the breakdown of the domestic violence cycle, as well as reducing the number of registrations Of occurrence bulletins and, consequently, the phenomenon of repeated victimization. Twelve women victims of domestic violence considered as the most serious cases were interviewed and were assisted and accompanied by the Domestic Violence Prevention Service of the Twenty-second Battalion of the Military Police, which comprises some districts of the municipality of Belo Horizon - Minas Gerais. In this study, it was verified the importance of the Service of Prevention to Domestic Violence of the Military Police in the face of the phenomenon of domestic violence, mainly regarding the preventive care and the follow-up of the victims, through visits, orientations and referrals to the Network for coping with domestic violence. Based on the research carried out, it is concluded that the service performed by the Domestic Violence Prevention Service of the Twenty-second Battalion of the Military Police acts preventively and succeeds in helping the victims to break the cycle of domestic violence, which is confirmed by the reduction of the numbers of Records of such occurrences after monitoring by the team. Based on the results of the research, suggestions are presented for the implementation of this service in all Units of the Military Police of Minas Gerais.
