A APLICAÇÃO DO CONTROLE ESTATÍSTICO DE PROCESSOS - CEP NO DIAGNÓSTICO E PREVENÇÃO DA INCIDÊNCIA DE CRIMES VIOLENTOS

Resumo

O objetivo principal deste artigo é apresentar uma aplicação da ferramenta Controle Estatístico de Processos - CEP, quando essa aplicação se desenvolve em um ambiente onde a preocupação maior é a qualidade. Mostra-se que, apesar das limitações de determinados processos, a ferramenta pode auxiliar controlando e reduzindo sua variabilidade dentro dos parâmetros tecnológicos conhecidos. A partir desta premissa, verifica-se a aplicação da ferramenta CEP em uma área específica no contexto de segurança pública no Brasil, que se refere ao diagnóstico e prevenção da incidência de crimes violentos na subárea da 170ª Companhia da Polícia Militar, sediada na cidade de Uberlândia/MG, de modo a se conseguir um controle mais eficaz do processo, mostrando a confiabilidade da ferramenta CEP.

THE APPLICATION OF STATISTICAL CONTROL OF PROCESSES - CODE IN DIAGNOSIS AND PREVENTION OF INCIDENCE OF VIOLENT CRIMES


Abstract: The main objective of this article is to present an application of the Statistical Process Control - CEP, when this
application takes place in an environment where the greatest concern is the quality. It is shown that, despite the limitations of certain processes, the tool can help by controlling and reducing its
variability within known technological parameters. THE From this premise, the application of the CEP tool in a specific area in the context of public security in Brazil, which refers to the diagnosis and prevention of the incidence of violent crimes in the sub-area of the 170th Company of the Military Police, based in the city of Uberlândia / MG, in order to achieve a more effective control of the process, showing the reliability of the CEP tool.
