COMPARTILHAMENTO DA REDE DE RADIOCOMUNICAÇÃO TRONCALIZADA DA POLÍCIA MILITAR DE MINAS GERAIS COM OS DEMAIS ÓRGÃOS DO SISTEMA DE DEFESA SOCIAL

Resumo

Os órgãos de Defesa Social do Estado de Minas Gerais para cumprir sua missão constitucional necessitam utilizar redes de radiocomunicações que possibilitem eficiência, eficácia e segurança de suas operações. No entanto,  percebe-se que os meios de comunicações utilizados em determinadas operações de segurança não permitem um trabalho coordenado e compartilhado entre essas forças. Em função disso, pergunta-se: até que ponto as redes de radiocomunicações utilizadas pelos diversos órgãos de Defesa Social são seguras, com a garantia do sigilo no tráfego das informações, e no caso de operação conjunta, podem ser compartilhadas? Existe alguma tecnologia ou padrão em radiocomunicação que permita esse compartilhamento? Para elucidar esta questão, este artigo apresenta os fatores relevantes para adoção de um padrão em tecnologia de radiocomunicação
troncalizada digital para emprego comum pelas instituições que compõem o Sistema de Defesa Social em Minas Gerais: Polícia Civil, Polícia Militar, Corpo de Bombeiro e Centro de Operações Penitenciária. Neste sentido, são apresentados os conceitos
utilizados neste projeto, que tem como premissa a garantia da segurança e a interoperabilidade das redes de radiocomunicações. O projeto em questão propõe adotar uma tecnologia que permita o compartilhamento dos serviços disponibilizados pela rede de radiocomunicações troncalizada da Região Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte, a qual foi integrada, com a criação de uma infraestrutura adequada que possibilitou a efetiva interação e interoperabilidade de todo o Sistema de Defesa Social no Estado.

SHARING OF THE TRADITIONAL RADIOCOMMUNICATION NETWORK OF THE MILITARY POLICE OF MINAS GERAIS WITH THE OTHER ORGANS OF THE SOCIAL DEFENSE SYSTEM

ABSTRACT: The Social Defense organs of the State of Minas Gerais to fulfill their constitutional mission need to use radiocommunications networks that enable efficiency, effectiveness and safety of their operations. However, it is perceived that the communications media used in certain security operations do not allow a coordinated and shared work between these forces. As a result, it is asked: to what extent can the radiocommunications networks used by the various Social Defense agencies be safe, with the guarantee of confidentiality in the traffic of information, and in the case of joint operation, can be shared? Is there any technology or standard in radiocommunication that allows this sharing? To elucidate this question, this article presents the relevant factors for the adoption of a standard in radiocommunication technology
digital truncated for common use by the institutions that make up the Social Defense System in Minas Gerais: Civil Police, Military Police, Fire Brigade and Penitentiary Operations Center. In this sense, the concepts used in this project, whose premise is to guarantee the safety and interoperability of radiocommunications networks. The project in question proposes to adopt a technology that allows the sharing of services provided by the trunked radio network of the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte, which was integrated, with the creation of an adequate infrastructure that enabled the effective interaction and interoperability of the entire System of Social Defense in the State.
