O USO DA TELEFONIA MÓVEL DE EMERGÊNCIA NAS FRAÇÕES DESTACADAS DA 2ª REGIÃO DA POLÍCIA MILITAR

Resumo

O aperfeiçoamento dos serviços prestados pela Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais à sociedade exige que a instituição busque, permanentemente, soluções inovadoras que, colocadas à disposição das comunidades às quais serve, aumentem a eficiência e a eficácia da Corporação. Neste contexto, a implantação da telefonia móvel de emergência 190 se apresenta altamente viável, uma vez que é barata, de fácil instalação e uso e poderá atenuar consideravelmente o grave problema de efetivo que aflige as pequenas frações, onde a criminalidade está aumentando nos últimos tempos, além de acrescentar rapidez no atendimento e melhorar a qualidade dos serviços oferecidos à população. É com esta finalidade que o uso de um sistema de telefonia móvel de emergências policiais 190, nos Destacamentos e Subdestacamentos da 2ª Região da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais (2ª RPM), é discutido.

THE USE OF EMERGENCY MOBILE TELEPHONY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE 2 nd REGION OF THE POLICE MILITARY

Abstract: The improvement of the services provided by the Police Military of Minas Gerais to the society requires that the institution seeks, innovative solutions which, made available to the communities they serve, increase the efficiency and effectiveness  of the Corporation. In this context, the deployment of mobile telephony emergency room 190 is highly feasible, since it is
inexpensive, easy installation and use and can considerably the serious problem of ineffectiveness that afflicts small fractions, where crime is increasing in recent times, in addition to speed of service and improve services offered to the population. It is for this purpose that the use of a mobile emergency police telephone system 190, in the Detachments and Sub-tests of the 2nd Region of the Military Police of Minas Gerais (2nd RPM), is discussed.
