Promover a qualificação profissional não é tarefa pequena, porquanto a atividade policial exige conduta, comportamento, atitude, vigor
e desenvoltura intelectual bem acima da média da sociedade A atuação do policial militar despreparado, em ocorrência policial complexa ou até mesmo numa simples abordagem a um indivíduo suspeito, pode representar sérios riscos para sua segurança e de terceiros, com desgastes para a imagem da Corporação.

Abstract: The training and professional updating of military police officers aims to provide them with the technical knowledge and skills necessary for the performance of their duties. Promoting professional qualification is not a small task, since police activity requires conduct, behavior, attitude, vigor
and intellectual wellbeing well above the average of society. The unprepared military police's performance, in complex police occurrence or even in a simple approach to a suspect individual, can represent serious risks for their security and of third parties, with wear and tear on the image of the Corporation.
